📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct on-site audits of agricultural operations to ensure compliance with international standards such as GlobalG.A.P., Rainforest Alliance, and others.
• Collect and analyze data using SAP and Excel to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
• Provide tailored advice and recommendations to farmers and cooperatives to enhance their sustainability practices.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement audit protocols and best practices.
• Prepare and present detailed audit reports to stakeholders, including farmers, cooperatives, and Control Union management.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices in sustainable agriculture.
• Train and mentor junior staff on audit techniques and sustainability principles.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of audit processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in agriculture auditing or a related field.
• Certification in sustainability standards such as GlobalG.A.P., Rainforest Alliance, or similar is a plus.
• Proficient in using SAP and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with farmers, cooperatives, and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
