📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by preparing job descriptions, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate records.,Support the HR department in administrative tasks such as processing employee data, updating records, and managing employee files.,Coordinate with the HR department to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Assist in organizing and conducting employee training and development programs.,Support the HR department in handling employee relations issues and maintaining a positive work environment.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and other administrative documents.,Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the HR department.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
