📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain a strong network of potential and existing customers in Kebumen and surrounding areas.
• Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.
• Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Present XLSmart products to potential customers and address their needs and concerns.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with potential customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.
• Monitor and report on sales performance and customer feedback.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, promotion, or customer service.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
