As an Interior Design Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting workshops, training sessions, and mentoring students in the use of AutoCAD 2D and 3D. You will create and deliver engaging training materials, and provide personalized feedback to help students improve their design skills. This role is perfect for those who are passionate about teaching and want to make a difference in the lives of aspiring interior designers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct workshops and training sessions on AutoCAD 2D and 3D for interior design students
• Create and deliver engaging training materials, including tutorials, presentations, and hands-on exercises
• Provide personalized feedback to students to help them improve their design skills
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in interior design and AutoCAD
• Collaborate with other trainers and industry professionals to ensure the highest quality of training
• Assist in the development and implementation of training programs and curricula
• Promote Flashcom Indonesia's training programs to attract new students and partners
• Participate in industry events and conferences to network with other professionals

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
• Proven experience in interior design or architecture, preferably with a focus on AutoCAD
• Certification in AutoCAD 2D and 3D is a plus
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for teaching and mentoring others
• Familiarity with interior design software and tools
• Ability to travel to different locations for training sessions
