Rejeki Elsa Kitchen is looking for a dynamic and experienced Learning Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge, ultimately contributing to the company's growth and success. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model, combining in-office and remote work arrangements.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Identify training needs and design relevant courses or workshops.,Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs align with business goals.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, videos, and presentations.,Provide feedback and coaching to employees to help them develop their skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in Learning and Development or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus.
