📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards,Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed,Develop and implement new menu items and recipes,Ensure high-quality food production and presentation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices,Experience with menu planning and cost control,Ability to lead and manage a team effectively,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine
