Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company growth targets.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and strategic partnerships.,Manage and mentor a team of business development professionals to ensure high performance and productivity.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.,Prepare and present business development reports to senior management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of business development initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscape.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using business development tools and software.
