Tan Tock Seng Hospital is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive or Assistant Manager to join our Division of Informatics & Data. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the development and implementation of informatics systems within the hospital.,Manage and coordinate the data management team, ensuring efficient and accurate data handling.,Collaborate with healthcare professionals to integrate technology solutions that improve patient care.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of informatics systems and data management processes.,Lead and mentor junior staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in informatics and data management.,Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare and data protection regulations.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and partners.,Represent the Division of Informatics & Data at meetings and events as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior informatics or data management role, preferably in a healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of healthcare informatics systems and data management practices.,Proven track record of successful project management and team leadership.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Certifications in healthcare informatics or data management are a plus.,Familiarity with relevant healthcare and data protection regulations.
