Tanggung Jawab:
Develop and implement knowledge management strategies to enhance community development initiatives.Capture, organize, and share best practices and lessons learned from projects.Ensure the effective utilization of knowledge management systems and tools.Conduct training and workshops to educate staff on knowledge management principles and tools.Monitor and evaluate the performance of knowledge management systems and initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify knowledge gaps and opportunities for improvement.Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in knowledge management.Contribute to the continuous improvement of our knowledge management processes.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in knowledge management, information science, or a related discipline.Minimum of 5 years of experience in knowledge management, with at least 2 years in a senior role.Strong understanding of knowledge management principles, frameworks, and tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.Experience in community development or a related field is a plus.Familiarity with knowledge management software and tools is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
