We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Sales Counter to join our team in Belawan, Sumatera Utara. As a Senior Sales Counter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing sales transactions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.,Manage sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Assist customers with product information and recommendations.,Handle cash and card transactions securely and promptly.,Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area.,Uphold company policies and procedures.,Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets.,Report any issues or concerns to the store manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of retail sales and customer service best practices.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.,Good understanding of Indonesian language and local market trends.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items.,Valid ID and clean criminal record.
