Lestari Mulia Sentosa is looking for a dedicated Staff Accountant to join our team in Waru, Jawa Timur. As a Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for managing our financial records, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing financial support to the management team. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of IDR 6000000 - 9000000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to the management team.,Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and financial forecasts.,Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements, accounts, and other financial records.,Provide financial support and advice to the management team.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with all tax regulations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is a plus.
