In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products or services, and closing sales. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products or services.,Set and achieve sales targets.,Maintain and update customer databases.,Provide excellent customer service and support.,Report on sales activities and performance to the sales manager.,Attend and participate in sales meetings and training sessions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments.,Adhere to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales or a related field.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
