📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement menu plans that meet customer expectations and company standards.,Supervise a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation.,Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality control.,Manage inventory and purchasing of food and beverage supplies.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Train and develop junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages for special events and functions.,Monitor and control food costs to ensure profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of managing a team and ensuring high-quality food production.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience with menu development and cost control.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Possession of a relevant culinary qualification or certification.
