📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure the restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and compliant with health and safety regulations.,Train and develop front-of-house and back-of-house staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards of food quality.,Monitor and maintain food and beverage inventory levels, and place orders as needed.,Oversee the preparation and presentation of food, ensuring consistency and quality in all dishes.,Handle guest complaints and concerns, and work to resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of the restaurant's overall strategy and goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Recent graduate with a degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field, or someone with limited experience in the hospitality industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Basic knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and food cost control.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Familiarity with basic computer software and tools, such as Microsoft Office and restaurant management systems.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Passion for the food and beverage industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
