📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily cashier operations to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.,Train and supervise cashiers to maintain high standards of service and accuracy.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Monitor and record cash transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.,Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve customer satisfaction.,Maintain a clean and organized cashier area to enhance the customer experience.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in cash management.,Report any irregularities or discrepancies in cash handling to the appropriate authorities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a cashier or similar role in a retail or service environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle customer interactions effectively.,Proficient in using cash register systems and point-of-sale software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good mathematical skills to handle cash transactions accurately.,Experience in training and supervising staff is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and local business practices is preferred.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.
