Apotek Umar Sembako is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and promote our products.,Train and mentor store staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage store budgets and expenses to ensure profitability.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the retail industry.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Experience with inventory management and POS systems.,Knowledge of marketing and promotional strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
