📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and optimize new processes for cable manufacturing, ensuring they meet quality and performance standards.
• Conduct feasibility studies and pilot runs to validate new processes and materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Utilize industry-leading tools and software, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and MATLAB, to support process development.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address process issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal quality standards.
• Provide technical support and training to other team members.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in process development, particularly in the cable manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of cable manufacturing processes and materials.
• Proven experience with industry-leading tools and software, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and MATLAB.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
