📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assist the pharmacist in dispensing medications and providing patient counseling.

Update and maintain patient records and medication histories.

Process insurance claims and handle customer inquiries.

Stock and organize pharmacy inventory.

Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and safety protocols.

Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure accurate and timely medication administration.

Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors.

Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting is a plus.

Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology and practices.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
