📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Manage and train restaurant staff to maintain high standards of quality and service.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage inventory and purchasing to optimize costs and ensure product availability.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure that the restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Experience with inventory management and purchasing.
