Trust-Build Engineering & Construction is seeking a dedicated Safety Officer to join our team in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and health of our workforce on construction sites and within the workplace. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, complying with all relevant safety regulations, and implementing safety programs and procedures.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct regular safety inspections on construction sites and workplaces to identify and address potential hazards.,Develop and implement safety programs and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.,Provide safety training to employees and contractors to ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.,Investigate accidents and incidents to determine their causes and implement corrective actions.,Monitor and report on safety performance metrics and KPIs to management.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards, including OH&S laws and industry-specific regulations.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of safety considerations into project planning and execution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a safety-related role, preferably in the construction industry.,Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OSH) or a related field is a plus.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international safety regulations and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees, contractors, and management.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English is a plus.
