📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and customer preferences.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.,Assist in the planning and execution of daily kitchen operations.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of ingredients.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to kitchen policies and procedures.,Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-organized at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Demi Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in a high-volume kitchen environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Valid food safety and hygiene certificates.
