📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the nursing team and ensure the provision of high-quality patient care.
• Assess and monitor patient health status, and develop and implement nursing care plans.
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Provide guidance and support to junior nurses and other healthcare staff.
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of healthcare policies.
• Promote a positive and safe working environment for both patients and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Valid nursing license and certification.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Proven track record of providing high-quality patient care.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English.
