📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food handling and sanitation standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop restaurant staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product quality.,Monitor and analyze sales and operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment that meets health and safety standards.,Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of quality ingredients.,Ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and properly documented.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Familiarity with marketing and sales strategies is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
