📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking daily meals.,Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies.,Train and supervise junior kitchen staff.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Handle customer complaints and feedback.,Work efficiently under pressure and tight deadlines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of working in a high-volume restaurant.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to manage and supervise a team.
