As an Inbound Logistics Manager, you'll oversee the entire inbound logistics process, ensuring that goods are received, stored, and distributed efficiently. You'll work with various stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and internal teams, to maintain optimal inventory levels and meet customer demands. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize the inbound logistics process, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods.
• Coordinate with suppliers, distributors, and principals to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
• Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory management, stock control, and space utilization.
• Handle customer returns and manage reverse logistics to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance logistics efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Provide leadership and support to the inbound logistics team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in inbound logistics management.
• Proficient in using logistics management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS).
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar quality improvement methodologies is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with the manufacturing, transportation, and logistics industry is a plus.
