📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Implement and monitor operational improvements to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and other necessary items.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive guest experience.
• Prepare and present operational reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or food service industry.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
• Previous experience in a similar role at a bakery or restaurant is a plus.
