As a Field Sales Representative, you'll spend your days on the road, visiting potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting our solutions. You'll need to be comfortable with your own motorcycle, as this will be your primary mode of transportation. With a driver's license and your own motorcycle, you'll have the freedom to explore Bali while building strong relationships with healthcare professionals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales territory in Bali.
- Identify, contact, and qualify potential healthcare clients.
- Present and demonstrate the mWell YAKAP Claims Platform to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Provide ongoing support and training to clients post-sale.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads and track sales activities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and healthcare regulations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or technology sector.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and the mWell YAKAP Claims Platform.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Valid driver's license and own motorcycle.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Healthcare).
