📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability to meet customer demand.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to maintain accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
• Utilize SAP and Excel to track inventory movements, generate reports, and analyze data for trend identification.
• Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely receipt and allocation of inventory.
• Implement and maintain inventory control processes, including cycle counting and ABC analysis.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and shortages, working closely with suppliers and vendors.
• Provide training and support to warehouse staff on inventory management best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in inventory management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management, with a strong background in using SAP and Excel.
• Certification in Inventory Management or a related field is a plus.
• Proven ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
