As an Infant Educator, you will be responsible for creating engaging and age-appropriate learning experiences for our youngest students. You will work closely with parents and caregivers to ensure a seamless transition into our preschool. The regions of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung offer a unique blend of cultural richness and modern amenities, making it an ideal place to live and work.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and implement age-appropriate learning activities and lesson plans for infants aged 0-3 years.
• Assist in teaching Mandarin Chinese to young children, incorporating songs, games, and storytelling.
• Monitor and assess the progress of each child, documenting their development in our digital learning management system.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure a smooth transition and communication about the child's development.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to stay updated on the latest educational trends and best practices.
• Promote a positive and inclusive classroom culture, fostering a love for learning and respect for diversity.
• Stay up-to-date with early childhood education standards and regulations, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education, with a focus on infants and toddlers.
• Certification in Early Childhood Education (e.g., CPR/First Aid, Child Development Associate, or similar).
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese, both spoken and written.
• Experience with digital learning tools and platforms, such as Seesaw or KidzRoom.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Creative and innovative thinking, with the ability to develop engaging and age-appropriate learning activities.
