📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and competencies of ASN personnel.
Design and oversee mentorship initiatives to support the professional growth of ASN employees.
Conduct performance assessments and provide feedback to ASN personnel to promote continuous improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the government to identify talent needs and develop strategies to address them.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of capacity-building initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
Represent the ASN Development Center at meetings and conferences to advocate for the needs of ASN personnel.
Stay up-to-date with best practices in human resource development and apply them to the work of the ASN Development Center.
Provide leadership and guidance to the team to ensure the successful execution of capacity-building initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in human resource development or a related field.
Proven track record of success in designing and implementing training programs.
Strong understanding of public sector HR policies and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the government.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR software.
