📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and tracking of expenditures.
Develop and maintain marketing control systems, including financial and operational processes.
Conduct market analysis and trend research to inform strategic marketing decisions.
Monitor and report on key marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies.
Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to senior management.
Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with marketing initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in business administration or marketing control.
Proficient in using financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
