📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of resort rooms, villas, and common areas.
• Inspect and maintain landscape areas, including gardens, pools, and outdoor spaces, using industry-standard equipment.
• Manage inventory and procurement of cleaning supplies and landscaping materials.
• Implement and maintain cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure consistent quality.
• Train and supervise housekeeping staff to uphold high standards.
• Monitor and report on property condition and maintenance needs.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest and resident experiences.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in housekeeping and landscape maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in housekeeping and landscape maintenance, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Certification in housekeeping or a related field (e.g., CHM, CHMM, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with SAP Hygiene Management and Landscape Management Software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
