As a Branch Service Officer, you will be the face of our bank, providing personalized and efficient banking solutions to our customers. You will handle a variety of banking transactions, from account openings and closures to loan applications and customer service inquiries. Your daily tasks will involve interacting with customers, processing transactions, and ensuring that our branches run smoothly.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
- Handle a wide range of banking transactions, including account openings, closures, and maintenance.
- Process loan applications and provide financial advice to customers.
- Assist customers with ATM and mobile banking services.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer transactions.
- Support the branch manager in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Promote and sell banking products and services to attract new customers.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or banking role.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Knowledge of banking products and services, including loans, deposits, and investments.
- Familiarity with banking software such as Core Banking System, CRM, and accounting software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Valid ID card and driving license.
